IbnSina Public Health Program for Afghanistan is a non-political, non- governmental and non-profit Afghan organization working in the field of Primary Health care. Its main aim is to provide health services to Afghan people and is committed to the improvement of health especially that of women and children.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Planning, implementation and evaluation of IbnSina Programs in respected Project.
2. Report writing.
3. Attending health coordinating meetings.
4. Strategic planning/recommendations for mobilization of the project resources to be utilized for optimum output of the current projects.
5. Provide feedback to the project manager in response to the field visits, feedback from the MoPH and donor agencies.
6. Coordination and timely reporting to the DG after performing field visits.
7. Submission of timely reports to the DG after performing field visits.
8. Sharing project information with other project managers in the Technical team meetings.
9. Implementation of work plan according to its timeframe.
10. Coordinating program components other then technical aspects with other directorates/Departments like finance, training and Operation Departments.
11. Coordination and sharing information with MoPH and donors.
12. Provide recommendation regarding issues within the projects concerning EPI, CBHC and Hospital Management to the respective managers.
Qualifications required:
1. Afghan National.
2. Graduated from Medical University.
3. Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
4. Fluency in Pashtu and Dari.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Good interpersonal and good communication skills.
7. At least five years work experience with NGOs.
